LOUNGES

The lounge in Kittiwake is a large, spacious room with large French doors along one wall giving spectacular coastal views. Two large sofas and two armchairs, a TV with Blue-ray DVD player, and a coffee table. There’s a large conservatory area off the lounge with the same stunning coastal views.

In Oystercatcher, a light and airy living space with large French doors facing a fantastic coastal view awaits. Two comfortable sofas encompass a TV with Blue-ray DVD player and a coffee table. There are also two armchairs facing the glass door overlooking the beach – a perfect spot for reading or relaxing with a glass of wine.

KITCHEN & DINING 

The accommodation is perfect for large groups. Kittiwake seats all 11 guests for dinner at a beautiful oak table with a breath-taking sea view and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the meal.

Kittiwake also has a large, spacious kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer with ice making facilities, additional large fridge, large electric Falcon Range double oven, sink and dishwasher. There’s a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

In addition, Oystercatcher also has a large, spacious kitchen/diner seating 6, with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer with ice making facilities, electric oven, sink and dishwasher. There’s also a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1:
The double bedroom in Oystercatcher has a luxuriously comfortable double bed. It has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet and hand basin and lovely drencher shower. The room is also decorated with beautiful Melin Tregwynt soft furnishings and has a wall-mounted TV as well as ample built-in wardrobe space.
Bedroom 2:
The twin bedroom in Oystercatcher has a fantastic coastal view and two spacious single beds. This beautifully decorated room also has an ensuite bathroom with a drencher shower, toilet and hand basin. The room also has wardrobe space and a wall-mounted TV.
Bedroom 3:
The lovely family room in Kittiwake consists of one double bed and a single bed. It has an ensuite bathroom with a large drencher shower, toilet and hand basin. There’s also a built-in wardrobe and wall-mounted TV, and the room is decorated with beautiful Melin Tregwynt soft furnishings.
Bedroom 4:
The first double bedroom in Kittiwake has a beautiful coastal view and a comfortable double bed. It has an ensuite bathroom with a large drencher shower, toilet and hand basin. The room is also decorated with beautiful Melin Tregwynt soft furnishings and has wardrobe space and a wall-mounted TV.
