When planning your holiday, there is so much to consider to make sure everyone is catered for! These frequently asked questions should help you plan your holiday on the Pembrokeshire coast more easily. If there is anything else we can help with, please contact us.
Do you offer short breaks?
Short breaks are available either as a 3-night weekend (Friday to Monday) or a 4-night mid-week (Monday to Friday). Please note that short breaks may not be available during busy times of the year.
What time can we arrive and what time do we need to depart?
Your apartment will be ready for you at 4.00pm on the day of your arrival and we ask that you are ready to leave by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Are you open all year round?
Atlantic View is available all year. It has the benefit of under floor heating to make it a cosy base during the colder months.
How do we pay the balance for our holiday?
The balance for you holiday will become due 4 weeks before your stay. You will receive an email with all the details of how to make the final payment.
How are the bedrooms arranged?
All bedrooms at Atlantic View are on the ground floor except in the Penthouse where there are steps to reach the entire apartment. All bedrooms have level access. Twin beds are framed and have single quilts therefore are not suitable for being pushed together.
Are there other costs on top of the quoted price?
No – we offer an all-inclusive price.
Do you have WIFI?
Yes, Atlantic View has free WIFI.
Do you accept pets?
Sorry we do not accept pets.
Are towels and bedding provided?
Yes, all beds are made up for your arrival. We provide bath towels, hand towels and we also provide towels for the beach.
Can you provide a cot and highchair?
We can provide a cot and highchair, please let us know that they are required before your arrival and bring any bedding your child needs.
Are there good pubs and restaurants nearby?
Yes, there are plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance and many more excellent ones just a short drive away. Please see our “Places to Eat” restaurants for more suggestions.
How far are you from the beach?
The blue flag Broadhaven beach is 300m away.
How far is the nearest town and supermarket?
The historic county town of Haverfordwest is 7 miles away and has 4 supermarkets; Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and Morrisons. There is also an excellent Londis and Post office in Broad Haven, a mere 300m from Atlantic View.
Can you have groceries delivered?
Yes, you can pre-order your groceries from tesco.com. Please arrange delivery after your time of arrival. The postcode for Atlantic View is SA62 3JY
Are we able to recycle rubbish?
Yes, we provide recycling bins.
How far is the closest hospital and doctor’s surgery?
Withybush General Hospital is 7 miles away in Haverfordwest. There is also St Thomas doctor’s surgery at 35 Mill Moor Way, Broad Haven, SA32 3JJ, 01437 781082. They are open for limited hours; Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 12:45pm and Wednesday and Friday 10:30am to 12:30pm. Please call for an appointment.
